Ok the title is not completely true…because I have omitted the full title to keep it simple.
So the title should be. “Off to Chennai and a Dilemma”
Lets go back to last year when I went on a visit to Chennai to meet up some friends. I met some of the Highkings. Then went on to meet Renie on Sunday (same day I was supposed to start back to Bangalore). First hurdle, went to Bike and Barrel…so you can guess what happened. Second hurdle, Siva who was supposed to get the tickets reneged on me and no tickets back to Bangalore, third hurdle I stayed back with Renie for a quiet night of fuel and movies.
So thats History.
Present: I am leaving to Chennai tonight. But I dont think its wise to call Renie or meet Renie. If you happen to read this post, Renie, forget that you read it. We’ll meet up again in Bangalore. I can’t take another monday off. And forget the rest of the weekend, the boys will murder (Highkings) me this time.

Well, Renie just read the post and he’s not pleased. He’s gone to delete Anwin from all his address books. Even his old school autograph book! No wait… that doesn’t sound right…. Renie doesn’t care!
We could’ve had “one quick drink” dude… maybe with breakfast on sunday… you know how we never waver from a “one quick drink” plan. I would not have wanted to miss Church anyway.

Hahahahaha…if we had a “one drink plan” I am sure I would have reached Bangalore safely…on Tuesday.
And Gerry boy seems to be planning to visit next month…so what say you?
